DJ WeatherMan (aka) Desmond Henry profile. Starting in the 80s with PCR radio Bradford because I was always in the record shop buying reggae music so they asked me to play my song on the radio. Why I play the music I do because my dad played reggae music when I was a boy and I have love it ever since. The reason I pick my name the weatherman was I would walk anywhere in all kinds of weather so I thought weatherman would be my name and I absolutely love it. I retired in 2010 because I fell out of love with it all but came back in 2018 at the age of 54 because I realised that lover’s rock reggae was faded away so I decided to try and bring it back in to the nightclubs and to get the over 30s back dancing yeah man.
