Wayne Irie has been selecting music on various sound systems from a very young age.

1975 Wayne had the crowd rocking with a sound called merritone.Â In 1978 Duke Alloy Sound recognised his talent & recruited Wayne Irie, Wayne achieved many trophies & a gold disc, changing the name of the sound & people crowned it King Alloy.

In 1989 Wayne went on to Canada selecting alongside Mikey Soul, and Sonatone Sound from Malton Toronto, Canadians recognised his talent, and Wayne played amongst some Canadian greats, just to name a few, King Turbo, and Soul to Soul.Â Also downbeat from NY (New York).Â 1990 returned to England.

1991 the birth of new sensation sound, still going strong.
New sensation sound played alongside some of j the greats, just to name a few, Bodyguard Sound, King Addies, Stonelove, Metro Media, Killamanjaro, Fire Links, Swatch Int, Tony Matterhorn, Suzy Q & much more as Miami
