Hi, I’m Brotha Charles. I was born & grew up in N.W London (UK). I have always had a passion for music & back in 1988, I formed a sound system with two other friends called Jammers Tli. We started playing at private functions, and then promoters got familiar with us & took us into the clubs all over England. In 1994, we progressed to presenting a radio show on various radio stations. We soon became one of the hottest street sounds on the raving circuit.

After many years as a DJ, I decided I had enough of the same ole, same ole & made up my mind to leave the raving & sound system business behind me. I grew up in a Christian family & thought it was time to turn my life around & decided to commit myself to serving God. I got saved in 2009 & baptized in March 2010 at the Ruach Ministries (Brixton) where I regularly attend service. Still having a passion for music, I started collecting gospel music. I enjoy sourcing/playing gospel & believe my ministry is to share my passion of gospel music which comes with a message that spreads the word of God to those who can relate to the beats that I’m playing but wouldn’t normally listen to gospel music. Since giving my life to the Lord, I have never looked back or regretted the decision that I have made. Try to catch me spinning some of those awesome Gospel Jamz sometime soon.
