Serial entrepreneur Michael ‘Mi-Kee’ Koos has always had music in his blood. From the first time his father, the legendary record label owner, producer, and sound system owner, ‘Lord Koos’ sat him in the recording studio; he knew this was the life for him.

With a career spanning over thirty years, Mi-Kee Koos moved from sound system manager; to chart-topping record producer; A&R Consultant with Island and Tuff Gong Records; Event organiser and currently manager of the popular www.uniqueradio.org internet station. And previously Co-owner Time Radio & WLR West London Radio.

Mi-Kee Koos is also the owner of Authentic Real Music (A.R.M.) which has been responsible for organising events with some of the leading reggae artists across all spheres including Tiger, Sanchez, Dennis Brown, Beres Hammond, Gregory Isaacs, Delroy Wilson, Josey Wales, Shabba Ranks, Mighty Diamonds, Frankie Paul, Pat Kelly, The Tamlins, Marcia Griffiths, Anthony Cruz, Wayne Marshell, Garnett Silk, Janet-Lee Davis, Sandra Cross, Paulette Tajah, Barry Boom, Michael Gordon, Mike Anthony, Louisa Mark, Carolene Thompson, just to name a few.

Mi-Kee Koos transformed the reggae scene when he assisted Linda Johnson-Smith to organise the historical classical concert which featured the legendary Godfather of Reggae, John Holt backed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
He now also continues his father’s record label ‘Lord Koos Records’.

Mi-Kee Koos continues to be a pioneer and trailblazer in the world of music.
